Non-Game Permit Guidelines (pdf): Once you have recieved your permit

Update: 01/27/10 13:12:01 Eastern Standard Time
We have modified the exotic and nongame depredation control permit for wildlife control operators to read:

  1. Unlimited numbers of Flying Squirrels, Red Squirrels, Chipmunks, Shrews, Voles and Moles, not on any state or federally endangered species list, may be controlled via trapping, exclusion methods or by any legal means.
  2. As per the 2009-2012 Game Code 7:25-5.21, agents may control Gray Squirrels, Raccoons, Opossum, Skunk, Weasel, Woodchuck, Gray Fox, Red Fox and Coyote causing damage to property, subject to State law and local ordinances.

If anyone applies, please let us know that you are a pest control business and I will modify the permit accordingly.
